Our Origin: A Response to Resilience
Enazori was born during one of India’s most challenging chapters—the pandemic. While the world paused, the looms of Varanasi fell silent. As social celebrations vanished, daily-wage weavers faced an uncertain future. Even as life returned to normal, the ripple effects remained; conservative stock-buying and simplified weddings left these master craftsmen without a steady livelihood. Witnessing this struggle firsthand, we founded Enazori to bridge the gap between these gifted artisans and a global audience that appreciates the soul of a handwoven saree.
